Chefs Paul and Joe Gregory
Award winning culinary chefs Paul and Joe Gregory both graduated from the Academy of Culinary Arts. Combined, they have over 35 years of experience in hospitality. They have received many awards and recognition over the years including the Golden Chef Award given by the prestigious Atlantic City Restaurant Gala. Paul's and Joe’s experiences have taken them as far as to the shores of Bermuda and back to the Jersey Shore casinos. They continue to carry on the family tradition as the 4th generation operating Gregory’s Restaurant and Bar which has been thriving for over 65 years.
